Publishers may submit a list of up to three titles, accompanied by a brief justification, of additional books they would like the judges to call in for consideration. Please do not send copies of the call-in books.
The Baillie Gifford Prize for Non-Fiction is an annual book prize for the best non-fiction writing in the English language. The competition is open to living authors of any nationality whose work is published in the UK in English. Self-published works, where the author is the publisher, are ineligible. Books must be published in English in the UK between 1 November 2023 and 31 October 2024.
